Working in the food industry for 10+ years be in renown restaurants in Kuala Lumpur, cruise ships Star Cruises and as a head chef on private yacht in Europe. Most of his food has drawn inspiration from all over the world, seamlessly synthesizing the familiar and the unknown to form daringly bold flavors and class.
